Q. What time do meetings start?
A. Meetings always start promptly at 3:00. No one will be standing at the door to open it after 3:00pm.
Q. What time do meetings end?
A. Meetings will always end by 3:30 unless otherwise noted. Members are expected to stay the entire length of each meeting, and early departures will be counted as absent attendance for that meeting.
Q. When are meetings?
A. Meetings will always be on Thursdays. The dates are all on the meetings tab of the website.
Q. When are hours updated?
A. Hours are updated every week and will be up to date by Friday’s. Please reach out to website manager for any questions/concerns.
Q. Where can I find my current session and attendance totals?
A. Check member records under the records page on the website.
Q. Can I make up missed sessions/attendance?
A. No, there are plenty of opportunities for sessions throughout the quarter. Do not wait until the end of the quarter to meet your requirements. The earlier you meet all requirements, the better. Any additional sessions past your requirements can be submitted for service hours.
Q. Can I use tutoring sessions for event sessions and visa versa?
A. You may use tutoring sessions as event sessions, but NOT the other way around. Tutoring minimum requirements are a MUST as they are the service that we provide to our direct community.
Q. How does study hall tutoring work?
A. Once a student requests a tutoring session, a message will be sent out to the entire SNHS remind group. Spots are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
